Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

  • Custom orders
  • Personalized items
  • Team-themed products
  • Color-customized products
  • Items ordered incorrectly by the customer

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Shipping addresses
  • Names and personalization details
  • Team or theme selections
  • Color choices

J. Giselle Custom Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.
