Processing Time

All products are made to order and handcrafted by J. Giselle Custom Creations.

  • Standard processing time is 5-7 business days.
  • Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time depending on design complexity.
  • During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Delivery Estimates

After your order has shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary by carrier and service selected.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require customer approval of all submitted details before production begins.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Names
  • Colors
  • Team or theme selections
  • Custom text

J. Giselle Custom Creations is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customization information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

J. Giselle Custom Creations is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost in transit
  • Delayed by the shipping carrier
  • Marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, customers will receive notification when their order is ready. Pickup instructions will be provided at that time.
